To become a mentee, applicants must fill out the Mentee Application Form.

This form is structured in a way that will help us get acquainted with you. Without obvious demarcations, the questions are divided into sections that help us obtain necessary personal information, academic and career information, information on work and volunteer experience, your statement of purpose and general information.

It would be best if you wrote out your statement of purpose beforehand so you can paste it in the necessary box as the form is not formatted to pause midway when you have begun filling it out.

All information provided in this form will be used solely for your evaluation.
