The most important quality we seek in a mentor is availability. This program is a year-long commitment, and we require mentors to dedicate time consistently throughout the year. If you anticipate any major changes in your schedule that could affect your availability, this might not be the best year to join us. We value reliability and consistent engagement with mentees.

Time Commitment
We ask mentors to commit to:

While we accept mentor applications year-round, submissions received after February 15 will be considered for next year’s mentorship cycle.
