Ebelechukwu Monye
Ebelechukwu is a development analyst and impact storyteller currently with the World Bank and Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She has a bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Nigeria and a master’s in International Development Policy from Georgetown University.
Outside her professional work, she divides her spare time between GEAC Foundation, an NGO that links benefactors to beneficiaries for educational scholarships, and GSB, a podcast that shares info about applying to and surviving grad school. Ebelechukwu is fluent in English and Igbo and has a working knowledge of French.
Glory Igharo
Glory Igharo is an experienced banker, financial economist, and research consultant with a strong focus on data analytics and quality management. She holds graduate degrees in Financial Economics and Quality Management & Analytics from Illinois State University. With over eight years of experience in the Nigerian banking sector, she developed expertise in customer relations, liquidity, and operations management.
Since 2020, she has served as a Data/Research Analyst at Gawani Africa, where she leads data-driven research initiatives. Her work includes health research capacity assessments in 10 LMICs and the development of a global research capacity map. She is currently spearheading data initiatives for THINKNG Africa and a WHO-commissioned study to enhance global clinical trial infrastructure.
Hope Eze
Hope Eze is a PhD student at the Department of English and Film Studies, University of Alberta, Canada.
Her research interests revolve around ecocriticism, agroecology, and women’s studies. She is also a co-founder of The Uninhibited Girls Network, an initiative that focuses on eradicating period stigma and period poverty for women and girls in Africa.
Kate Imobekhai
Kate Imobekhai is a Technical business analyst and Project manager at IBM. She leads development teams in delivering minimum viable products that meet client requirements and provides support for business operations. She has several years of experience managing complex projects across various domains and industries. Prior to joining IBM, she spent over a decade working as a Project Controls specialist with a leading Oil and Gas company in Nigeria. She is a certified project manager, scrum master, and product owner. She is also a transformational servant-leader who uses her skills to connect with her team and drive successful business outcomes.
She has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a master’s degree in project and quality management from Illinois State University, US. She is a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Project Management Institute (PMI), Society for Women Engineers (SWE), and National Society for Black Engineers (NSBE). Within IBM, she volunteers as a P-Tech mentor helping young graduates discover their passion, strengths, and abilities. She is also passionate about women’s empowerment and growth. She is a team member of the Women of Hybrid Cloud Services leadership group at IBM. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family, travelling, planning events, networking, caring for the needs of people within and outside her community.
