About Our Program
Our mentorship program is structured as a year-long commitment where mentees are matched with mentors who guide them in achieving their career and professional goals. To make the most of this opportunity, we strongly recommend that you set clear, actionable goals for the mentorship. These goals will serve as a foundation for your work with your mentor throughout the program.
Who Should Apply?
While we welcome applications from students, our program has been most beneficial to young career professionals and students in their final year of college. If you are a student, don’t worry—you will not be automatically disqualified. However, acceptance is ultimately determined by your preparedness, the clarity of your goals, and how well your interests align with the expertise of our mentors.
Preparing for the Application
To successfully apply, you will need to complete an online form. One critical component of the application is a Statement of Purpose (SOP). This statement, which you will fill out directly in the form, is an opportunity to:
Introduce yourself and explain your background.
Articulate your goals for the mentorship program.
Share why you are a good fit for this program and how it aligns with your personal or professional aspirations.
We recommend that you prepare your SOP in advance, as the form does not allow you to save your progress. Your SOP should be no longer than 500 words and should be clear, concise, and well-structured.
The application form will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please ensure you have enough time and all necessary materials ready before starting the application.
